Joined this company through a reverse takeover of an AIM listed company. Worked to secure development of the company’s gold asset in the CAR.
Acted as special advisor to the company for China activities. Responsible for the successful launch of dot VIP in China.
Joined this company (formerly known as Top Level Domain Holding Limited) as a director to reposition the company and to achieve operating profitability as soon as possible from Intellectual Property development.
Was asked to stay on the board of this holding company to assist China Nuclear Power Company with restructuring Extract and Kalahari cross shareholding.
Was asked to assist this company during a restructuring and assisted in this regard.
Founded this fund management company in Singapore which was sold to the FCT Group of companies.
Founded this company in association with long standing business colleagues to capture opportunities relating to the Internet through new top level Domains. The company secured 80 top level domains through this process.
Appointed as a Director to assist in securing government approval of the Pulbari property in Bangladesh and to assist in financing the construction of the mine.
Joined the company through the association with Niger Uranium and was asked to remain thereafter. Assisted the company with securing new investors and investment banking relationships. Kalahari was sold to China Guangdong Nuclear Power Company for £650 million.
Assisted with managing Caledon during a difficult period and successfully selling the company to Guandong Rising Asset Management for £313 million.
Lead a shareholder action to remove the Board of Lithic and take control of the company. Completed a reverse takeover to a cash shell and re-listed on AIM. Later conducted a cross border merger to Axmin Incorporated on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Chaired this company through an extremely difficult period and was able to return significant value to shareholders through a special cash dividend. Effectuated one of the largest cash distributions to shareholders ever in the history of the AIM market.
Advised the board on business strategy
Created this ‘Table A’ £100 company to leverage the Intellectual Property of Mean Fiddler Holdings Limited; original equity investor as a Founder. Secured equity financing and a successful floatation on AIM.
Created this company to leverage the IP and internet rights of major BBC celebraties including Alan Titmarsh, Charlie Dimmack, Anna Ryder Richardson and Tommy Walsh
Assisted this company with business development and finance. Original equity investor as a Founder. Static was sold to Open TV for £44.5 million in 2000
Created this company in association with St. James’s Place Capital and Rothschild Investment Trust to provide active investment management services. Funds under management grew to $1.2 billion
Developed proprietary international arbitrage trading in derivative products including interest rate swaps, options and futures in international financial markets
Commenced my career in derivative products sales and trading and thereafter became part of the international proprietary trading group.
